OUR HISTORY

1976
Foundation: Relax Agencies was founded by Abdul Kader Palliparambil as a chair distribution company.

1989
Diversification: Aboobacker Palliparambil, son of Abdul Kader, started a bakery and fancy items venture in Coimbatore and launched Alleppey Coir Mart for wholesale household items.

1993
Leadership Transition: Aboobacker Palliparambil took over Relax Agencies.

1998
Expansion: Established Abson Industries as the all-Kerala distributor of mops under the brand Super Clean.

2003
Strategic Partnerships: Became all-Kerala distributor for TTK Group products and Nutrin biscuits.

Product Diversification: Became the distributor for Everyday batteries.

Global Ventures: Started exporting fresh mangoes and established Ethnik General Trading LLC in the UAE.

International Imports: Began importing furniture and mat items from China and brushes from Dubai.

New Initiatives: Launched Chittoor Agro Park in Kerala and established Nilgiri General Trading LLC in the UAE.

New Leadership: Shijan Aboobacker Palliparambil, son of Aboobacker palliparambil took over the firm.

Corporate Restructuring: Reformed Chittoor Agro Park into an LLP and started ABP Retails LLP for the household division.

Formation of PAB Global Exports: Established for the export of fresh produce, focusing on European markets, and consolidated five companies under PA Group.
